Open Settings

In the SBMG portal click the Settings menu item and continue in the configuration tab that opens as the first tab.

Enable Call Forwarding

In the Options section, check the box next to ‘Enable call forwarding’

Set Call Destination

In the text area enter your call forwarding destination e.g. 021556677 or +6427334422. This number is the phone that calls will be redirected to when someone tries to call your gateway.

Save

Lock in the configuration by confirming with save. This will trigger the call forwarding configuration on your gateway shortly after.
