Symptom
You see “Message sent successfully” in the portal, but the message never shows up on the Reports page.Potential Cause
Newer versions of Android are starting to require apps to be explicitly granted the SMS permission via “Restricted settings.”ResolutionConfirm whether SBMG was given the SMS permission already:
Open Settings on your Android device.
Search for SBMG and tap the SBMG app in the results.
Tap Permissions.
If SMS is already listed under Allowed, you’re done.
If ‘Allow’ is greyed out and you get this pop-up:
Go back to the SBMG App Info screen.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
Select Allow restricted settings and follow the on-screen instructions.
Return to Permissions, tap SMS, and choose Allow.
If you still don’t see messages in your reports after granting SMS permission, please contact support.
