# Send Your First SMS
> Learn how to send a message from the web portal
## Create a SBMG account
Head to SBMG to create an account using the invite link provided in our invite email.

## Log in on Android
On your Android browser head to the settings page at SBMG portal (portal.sbmg.app) and select
the 'Gateway Download'. You will see a button to 'Download APK' (this is only available on android browsers).
Proceed through the download, open the downloaded file and install.
Now in your app tray you will see the SBMG Gateway app. Opening the app you will be able to sign in with your
credentials created earlier.
On **Android 15+** you’ll need to explicitly grant SMS permissions via the\
Restricted settings menu.\

## Send it
In your browser (you can use mobile or **desktop**), the messaging view you saw ealier logging in to SBMG is
the easiest way to send.
Add a phone number of your sending destination using international format e.g. `+642199887766`. Write your message content and send it.
