# Calling forwarding

> Learn how to setup call forwarding with your SBMG equipped phone

# Configuration

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Settings">
    In the SBMG portal click the *Settings* menu item and continue in the [**configuration** tab](https://portal.sbmg.app/settings#configuration) that opens as the first tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable Call Forwarding">
    In the Options section, check the box next to 'Enable call forwarding'
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set Call Destination">
    In the text area enter your call forwarding destination e.g. 021556677 or +6427334422.
    This number is the phone that calls will be redirected to when someone tries to call your gateway.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Lock in the configuration by confirming with save. This will trigger the call forwarding configuration on your gateway shortly after.
